Restrictions
Carving courses are subject to minimum age of 18, clay courses are subject to a minimum age of 16.  

Refunds and Cancellations
If we have to cancel a course for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or a venue closing, or because minimum requirements are not met such as a minimum group of people, we will offer a full refund or course transfer. We will do our utmost to inform as soon as possible if this is the case. Regrettably we are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled course. 

A booked course may be transferred or refunded up to 2 weeks before the course starts, after this we are unable to transfer or refund your booking. We realize there may be good reason for non attendance but less than 2 weeks is unlikely to be enough time to resell your place -our overheads can be high and rigid so we need to run each course with a minimum number of participants.
